Economic Freedom of Latin America

The first Economic Freedom of Latin America: 2009/10 Report and Index has been released in Mexico City by RELIAL (Red Liberal de América Latina), a Latin American network of 50 pro-market organizations, the Latin America Regional Office of the Friedrich-Naumann Foundation for Liberty in Mexico, and the Fraser Institute, Canada.
